Prior to joining Hana, Troy served as an Associate General Counsel for seven years with Waste Management, Inc. where he managed the legal affairs, government relations and special projects for the Eastern Market that generated revenues in excess of $4 billion annually. Additionally, Troy was an associate in a large Philadelphia Law Firm where he litigated complex corporate matters and environmental lawsuits and served as a court appointed attorney on criminal matters in federal court.
Troy is a 1984 graduate of the United States Military Academy where he played for the Army Tennis and Squash Teams; he served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm before resigning his commission in 1991. He has a law degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
